New Schedule & Protocols
With the QMJHL’s newly revised schedule now released, the Cape Breton Eagles would like to outline the COVID-19 guidelines in Centre 200.
Starting on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2022, the Nova Scotia government has allowed for 50% capacity in sporting event facilities. This will allow for all Season Ticket Holders to maintain their original seats. Additionally, the Eagles and Centre 200 will be able to sell additional tickets in a semi-distanced manner. On March 7, 2022, the capacity limit will increase to 75%. And on March 21, 2022, capacity will increase again to 100% with no social distancing measures in place. The wearing of masks and proof of vaccination will continue to be required through the first two phases and potentially the third as well, depending on epidemiology.
At this time, consumption of food and beverages in the viewing area is not authorized. Patrons must go to a designated area to consume food and beverages and must be seated, planned to be set up in both the main and west concourse.
All the postponed games between December 30, 2021 and February 26, 2022 have been rescheduled. Season Ticket Holders, please refer to the table below to know what tickets to use for the rescheduled games.
It is also worth mentioning that the Heritage Game celebration originally scheduled to take place on February 26th will be moved to March 18th to accommodate eased restrictions to ensure an unforgettable celebration of culture & heritage.
