Fan Ticketing Update

We would like to take this opportunity to provide an update to our fans as it pertains to the pausing of the QMJHL season. At this time there is a lot of uncertainty around timelines and next steps. We will do our best to keep everyone informed as the information unfolds. In the meantime, we would hope our fans, players, and community to stay safe and healthy during these unprecedented times.

We would also like to take this time to provide some clarity on a few common questions:

Q: I bought a walk-up ticket for one (or more) of the remaining regular season home games, can I get a refund?

A: Please monitor C200 for their business hours as we are uncertain as to when they will be open to the public. As it stands right now C200 is closed to the public until further notice. Rest assured that when the box office opens you will be able to obtain a full refund for the tickets purchased.

Q: Will season seat holders be reimbursed for the (3) home games that have been postponed?

A: As we do not know the extent of the pause; we would ask that season seat holders hold onto their tickets until further direction is provided. Once we know the status of the remaining games of the season we will work with season seat holders to determine the appropriate plan.

Q: I am a season seat holder and I purchased my playoff packages. Can I get reimbursed?

A: As stated above, we ask that season seat holders hold on to their playoff packages until we determine the length of the pause and the actions that will follow if the post season is played. At that time, we will work with season seat holders to determine the appropriate plan of action.

Q: I purchased tickets to the Eagles Awards Banquet; can I get a refund?

A: When we reopen the Eagles Business Office to the public you will be able to visit and get a full refund for your ticket. We ask that you bring your ticket with you at that time. Please monitor our social media channels as to when we will be open.

We would like to thank all of our fans for the patience and understanding as we work through the details of this pause. At this time our Business Office remains open during regular hours and we will be available to answer questions. We look forward to sharing additional details as they arise.
