Eagles Make Three Reassignments From Training Camp

The Cape Breton Eagles have announced three player reassignments from the club’s training camp today.

Forward Blake Deacon and defenseman Bodie Nobes have elected to leave camp to protect NCAA eligibility while defenseman Matt MacKay has returned to his Jr. A team in Grand Falls.

The Eagles will play their first exhibition game today at 4 PM against the Halifax Mooseheads at the Dartmouth Sportsplex.

The Eagles will return home for an additional black & white game on Monday at 6 PM, and will host the Mooseheads in their first home exhibition game at 7 PM on Tuesday night at the door. Tickets for Tuesday’s game can be purchased at the Centre 200 by cash only, with admission being $5.
