Season Update

Sydney- NS

As information surrounding the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, the Eagles Organization would like to ensure that our fans and corporate partners continue to be informed on where we stand for the 2020-21 season.

Yesterday the commissioner of the QMJHL announced its targeted start date for a full 68-game regular season is October 1st, 2020. We were excited to hear this news but our excitement is certainly coupled with an abundance of caution. Assuming a 68 game season is reality, C200 and the Eagles have a lot of work to do to ensure that we are providing a safe and healthy experience for all of our fans and corporate partners. Ultimately, we understand that NS provincial regulations will dictate our return date and until we have more clarity from Public Health we will continue to pause season seat sales for the time being. Finally, we would like you to know that we aim to open our Business Office to the public around the middle of June pending the readiness for social distancing and sanitation.

We fully understand that there are still looming questions from our fans because we have questions as well. Be assured that as soon as we have more information we will communicate in a timely manner. Urgent inquiries can be made by email:

Thank you for your continued support of the Cape Breton Eagles.
