Screaming Eagles And Gauthier Mutually Part Ways

SYDNEY-  General Manager and Head Coach Marc-André Dumont announced today that goaltending coach Joel Gauthier and the club have decided to part ways.

“Joel has brought our goaltending and video analysis to another level during his time with us and we thank him very much for that”, said coach Dumont. “Both Joel and myself think it is time to move forward. We wish him the best of luck in his future”.

Gauthier, a native of Moncton, New Brunswick has been the team’s full time goaltending and video coach for the past four seasons.

“I would like to thank the entire Cape Breton Screaming Eagles organization for providing me the opportunity to coach in the QMJHL,” said Gauthier. “I wish the organization nothing but success in the future, and look forward to the next chapter of my career.”
